Discontinue to be consistent in Unhealthy Lifestyle
Increase in Stress and decrease in physical activity with unhealthy eating habits is the major cause of the increase in heart issues and fitness issues in younger ages .
Earlier people used to be involved in so much hard work and digest the food easily due to intense work at farms and home.
Due to lack of advanced technology maximum work was done manually which also maintained their sleep cycle and healthy lifestyle.
Bad health and increase in fitness issues is making simple daily task difficult and painful, causing stress.
Youngsters and adults are facing problems while travelling , trekking , unable to perform in adventure activities and also facing issues while workout .
Earlier people used to do intense Workout both at farms and at home,eating healthy food from farms without any junk food and having a deep sleep after all the hard work was the secret of a healthy lifestyle.
Since our childhood we have all heard from one or the other, be it one of our relatives, family members or friends that we should be fit, we should eat healthy and should maintain a certain weight according to our heights .
But only a few of us take it seriously . We often listen to them and then after some days we completely forget about the topic and get busy in our daily life stress and problems.
We the whole family have struggled a lot due to ill health and i want to share my message to all the young girls boys and even adults reading this to take care of your health and make healthy habits in early stage or otherwise you will be struggling hard to make healthy habit in later age.
I always asked my mom, “What will happen if I do not take care of our body?” and she used to say that you will have to suffer but never was able to explain in detail.
According to me, In the later stage of life I find creating new and healthy habits the hardest .
Yes, it’s not impossible at all if you are determined but it will be hard as many years of procrastination will become your habit.
Message to all the parents don’t teach your child to get fit show them while doing it, it’s the best ways to teach your kids to be regular consistent and disciplined towards fitness.
Mistakes I did and Problems I faced which I don’t want anyone to face after 30.
- Discipline is a must. It’s the best habit if you are able to achieve it in your early stages of life. You can achieve anything easily and faster and it will get hard to achieve later in life.
- Healthy eating habit is an issue for me, eating whatever comes in my way is one of my worst habits
- Not tracking my nutrition eating all unhealthy and junk food.
- Procrastination Always doing what is right for you later on and what is harming urgently .Always telling to self will start from tomorrow and trust me tomorrow never come.
- Never got regular in exercises.I have always joined the gym or yoga but was never regular, I go for 2 ,3 days and months not showing up , never be consistent.
Result Of Careless Attitude
I was careless towards nutrition and the result of which was all my vitamins and minerals fluctuate which is cause of so many problems of nerves ,thyroid and situation can even worse if we continue to be consistent in our unhealthy lifestyle.
While waking up in the morning my whole body hurts because of weak muscles and core. I feel the pain everyday. Everyday I tell myself to go to the gym tomorrow .
You will find difficult to perform in any field if physically and mentally you are weak as Your body, mind and soul will not be able to connect properly.
And for all those struggling like me we won’t stop as we know our faults and mistakes and will achieve each one of them slowly and steadily.
Nothing is impossible we will achieve them together.
Tips to my younger self if someone has told me earlier .
- Make small and easy goals for everyday in the beginning.
- Discipline is the most important start with starting your day 5 min earlier every day.
- Healthy and conscious eating can eat junk sometime.
- Make a habit of exercise daily at least 5 min per day.
- Lift weights for strong muscles and the core starts small.
- Include Yoga for mind, body and soul.
- Add soaked nuts to diet (after consulting proper dietitian).
- Add fruits and veg to your diet not like me who never eat fruits .
We can watch read or listen to amazing people who are leaders in their field and have so much knowledge of particular field, as in the beginning we know nothing.
Listening and following amazing nutritionist, fitness and wellness enthusiast reading their books and watching their reels instead of watching unnecessary stuff can help you and guide you to a better healthy lifestyle and can teach you amazing lessons for life .
Always listen to leaders and you will become one .Amazing people are sharing all their knowledge and experience to make your life better and easier so you are not left with any excuses or options to not start.

One of my favourite authors and he is the author of the amazing book Thinner Leaner and Stronger For Women , Men also he has written many similar amazing and useful books. Most interesting ,easy to understand books if you are a complete beginner in fitness.
He is one of the best and my most favourite Fitness and life motivators . Watching his reels and stories pushes me everyday so much, to achieve greater things in life.
One of the amazing podcasts I listened and got to know her, her knowledge and skills toward fitness is amazing. I have learnt a lot from her podcast that doesn’t set bigger goals in the beginning, starting from 5 min a day at least.With her useful knowledge and skills, she is making awareness of lifting weights for stronger muscles and helping everyone listening her.
Conclusion
As I was not serious about health, fitness and discipline and the ways I have suffered and still struggling with low energy and pain. I don’t want anyone to wake up like this and suffer so these are my confession, my mistakes of unhealthy eating and unhealthy lifestyle. What are yours?
